Buying on Euforia

Each product we sell features an item-specific discount that’s automatically applied at checkout, with many products offering bulk pricing.

For each product, we provide a suggested retail price (MSRP), but you, as a buyer, have the flexibility to price your product for your market – as long as it isn’t below 70% of MSRP.

Ordering, Shipping & Returns

Our goal is to make buying from Euforia a simple, easy process. This includes providing clear shipping fees and dealing with problems that arise when products are en route.

• Shipping fees are calculated using a tiered structure based on total order weight.
• All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
• Damaged products must be reported within 3 business days of delivery to be eligible for credit.
• Used, opened, or altered items are not eligible for return or replacement. See our Return & Refund Policy for more information.

Selling & Marketing Flexibility

• When you buy from Euforia, you’re buying for your business, not ours. And you run your business the way you want.
• Buyers may resell Euforia products however and wherever they choose – including brick-and-mortar shops, online stores, third-party marketplaces, and social platforms.
• Buyers are encouraged to use their own brand voice in marketing, as long as product claims are truthful, age-appropriate, and supported by reliable evidence.
• Medical claims, misleading statements, and exaggerated promises are strictly prohibited.
• Products may not be sold to individuals under the age of 18, regardless of product category.
• Euforia reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any account that violates these standards.

Taxes & Income Reporting

As with any business, there are legal requirements to own and operate. Make sure you comply with local laws as well as state and federal ones.

• Euforia does not collect sales tax on wholesale orders.
• Buyers must provide a valid reseller certificate to be eligible to make purchases.
• Buyers are responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting all applicable local, state, or federal taxes.
• Buyers may receive a 1099 form if their purchases or earnings exceed federal reporting thresholds.
• Euforia does not withhold income taxes; Buyers are responsible for reporting all income and store credit earnings.

Placing Your First Order

After logging into your wholesale account:

1. Browse by product category or bestseller status.
2. Add your selections to cart – most products are sold individually (but, shop smart and cash in on volume discounts on select products).
3. Proceed to checkout with your business shipping information.
4. Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.
