Buyer Guidelines

Welcome to Euforia Products LLC. By creating a buyer account and making purchases through our platform, we ask that you follow the guidelines below. These are here to support your business, protect our brand, and create a seamless experience for everyone.

There are no contracts, no selling requirements, and no order minimums—buy what you want, when you want. We believe in keeping it flexible.

1. Eligibility & Buyer Status

  • Buyers must be at least 18 years old.
  • A current EIN if necessary, reseller certificate, and W-9 form must be provided upon request.
  • Buyers are independent business owners, not employees, agents, or representatives of Euforia Products LLC.
  • A $99 annual membership fee is required to maintain wholesale access and will be automatically charged on your account anniversary.
  • Financing options may be available for qualified buyers, either at sign-up or after demonstrating consistent purchasing activity.

2. Product Pricing & Discounts

  • Wholesale pricing includes built-in discounts, which may vary by product.
  • If applicable, bulk discounts automatically apply when multiple units are added to cart. These discounts vary by product and are displayed where available.
  • Suggested retail prices are provided for guidance only. Buyers may set their own pricing, but agree not to list products below 70% of MSRP.

3. Ordering, Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping fees are calculated using a tiered structure based on total order weight.
  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
  • Damaged products must be reported within 30 business days of delivery to be eligible for credit.
  • Used, opened, or altered items are not eligible for return or replacement. See our Return & Refund Policy for more information.

4. Selling & Marketing Flexibility

  • Buyers may resell Euforia products however and wherever they choose—including brick-and-mortar shops, online stores, third-party marketplaces, and social platforms.
  • Buyers are encouraged to use their own brand voice in marketing, as long as product claims are truthful, age-appropriate, and supported by reliable evidence.
  • Medical claims, misleading statements, and exaggerated promises are strictly prohibited.
  • Products may not be sold to individuals under the age of 18, regardless of product category.
  • Euforia Products LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any account that violates these standards.

5. Business Developer Revenue Share Program

  • Euforia Products LLC offers a revenue share on net product sales for buyers who refer new buyers. Buyers are required to opt into this program to be eligible. 

6. Taxes & Income Reporting

  • Euforia Products LLC does not collect sales tax on wholesale orders.
  • Buyers must provide a valid reseller certificate to be eligible to make purchases.
  • Buyers are responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting all applicable local, state, or federal taxes.
  • Buyers may receive a 1099 form if their purchases or earnings exceed federal reporting thresholds.
  • Euforia Products LLC does not withhold income taxes; Buyers are responsible for reporting all income and store credit earnings.
